001How it works

Three steps.That's the setup.

Three steps between you and a coach that actually watches how you move.

01

Set up your camera

Prop your phone up, pick your exercise, and get in position. No sensors, no wearables — just the camera you already have.

02

Get coached in real time

Atmi tracks your joints frame by frame and speaks up the moment your form breaks down — before the rep goes wrong, not after.

03

Track real progress

See how your form, consistency, and strength improve over time — not just a rep count that says nothing about how you moved.

01 · Open it

Where you stand, in three numbers.

Form Score, Activation Ratio and Motion Efficiency from your last session — before you decide what today looks like.

Today's plan in Atmi, listing the session's exercises with target sets and reps

02 · Today's plan

It picks what you have not trained.

The session is built from what you did this week, prioritising the muscles you have left untouched.

03 · Prop the phone

It checks it can see you first.

Detection, stillness and visibility all confirmed before a single rep counts — so nothing gets logged from a bad angle.

04 · Lift

It scores the rep as you do it.

Form, range of motion, tempo and depth update live — and it speaks up mid-set, while there is still a set left to fix.

05 · Read it back

Then it tells you what to fix.

Every rep broken into depth, control, tempo and symmetry, and a written summary naming the one thing to change next time.

006Capabilities

Built forreal training

Not another rep counter. A coach that understands movement.

Real-time form analysis

Every joint, every frame. Atmi sees the same faults a great coach would catch — a knee caving in, a hip rising too early, a bar path drifting.

Rep-precision counting

No half-reps counted as full ones. Counting is built on your actual range of motion, not a guess at when you moved.

Spoken coaching cues

Short, specific corrections delivered the moment they matter — “knees out,” not a paragraph after your set is over.

12 movement patterns

Squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press, push-up, pull-up, row, lunge, curl, lateral raise, plank — plus the golf iron swing. Strength, holds and swings all coached.

Progress that means something

Track how your form actually changes over weeks, not just how many reps you logged.

Runs entirely on your phone

Pose tracking happens on the device itself — fast enough to correct you mid-rep, with nothing to upload, charge, or pair.

007The report

Anything can tell you a set was a 60. Atmi tells you it was heel rise on three of four reps, and what to do about it before the next session.

Coach summary — real output
“4 reps logged. Average Form 60, 0% fault-free. Most common issue: heel rise (3 reps). Loosen your ankles with calf and dorsiflexion stretches, and try a few warm-up sets with small plates under your heels until mobility catches up.”

Session complete

What is in it

  • 01

    Quality breakdown

Depth, control, tempo and symmetry scored separately, so a bad rep points at its own cause.

  • 02

    Form across the set

Where in the set it fell apart — because rep one and rep eight are rarely the same lift.

  • 03

    Coach summary

The single most common fault, named, with the drill that fixes it.

  • 04

    Rep by rep

Every rep with its own range of motion, time under tension and fault count.

And mid-set, out loud

  • Shallow depth→ “Deeper.”
  • Knee valgus→ “Knees out.”
  • Out of frame→ “Show your ankles, hips, and knees.”

The work is yours. The watching is ours.

008Privacy

Built towatch your form,not you.

  • Analysed on your phone

Pose tracking runs on the device itself, against a model that ships inside the app. Reading your movement doesn't require shipping it anywhere.

  • No wearable account to create

Nothing to pair, no separate hardware account, no third-party fitness platform sitting in the middle.

  • Your camera stays yours

The camera is only live while you're in a set. Close the session and the coach stops watching.

009FAQ

Questions,answered.

Do I need a wearable or any extra hardware?

No. Atmi works with the camera already on your iPhone — nothing to strap on, charge, or pair.

Where does the analysis happen?

On your phone. The pose model ships inside the app and runs on the device, so your movement is read on the phone itself rather than being sent somewhere to be understood.

Which exercises does it cover?

12 movement patterns — squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, push-up, pull-up, row, lunge, bicep curl, lateral raise, plank, and the golf iron swing. Each is coached in real time with audio cues.

Will it work in a normal commercial gym?

Yes. Prop your phone against a wall, a bench, or a water bottle, frame yourself, and start your set. No special setup or lighting rig.

How is this different from a rep counter?

A rep counter tells you that you moved. Atmi tells you how you moved — which specific fault showed up, when it happened in the rep, and what to change on the next one.

When can I actually use it?

Atmi is in beta on iOS and invites are rolling out in batches. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when yours is ready.
